Purpose of the role & key responsibilities
- Provide enhanced visibility on project financials
- Drives Financial Project Performance reviews, presents financial analysis to stakeholders, advises/challenges how operational project issues impact the financials.
- Ensure cross-functional analysis of project parameters translating into project financials, and quality comparison vs approved/targeted results, applying best practices.
- Create insightful financial performance review presentation, to present to project/management in a structured approach.
- As applicable, consult and challenge on appropriate project set up in the system
- Drives Balance Sheet recovery actions
- Supports project P&L and business performance monitoring, focus on Sales, SM, Inventory, vs. ASBL (Value Leakage), LoA approved SM.
- Ensures early warning for financial deviations by establishing a solid review routine with contributors and close follow up of Project Risks & Opportunities.
- Drives and/or challenges Project Financial Forecasting with special focus on margins forecast and variance analysis
Required competencies and experience
At least 7 years experience in progressive Senior Financial Leadership roles.
