Manage, direct, control and ensure a smooth process of the Company’s payroll, employee benefits and payroll operations. includes managing relationships with Finance, External Service Providers, HR Ops, and other relevant stakeholders.
Monitor payroll relevant data in the HRMS (salary, recurring payments, etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Play a key role in the maintaining and updating critical data in the system.
Preparation of reports as required.
Check payroll and employee benefits to ensure legislative & company internal compliance.
Ensure timely management of Challan submission, return filling and inspections with ESIC, PF, PT.
Provide payroll related data to Accounts division and complete required processes including Accounting, reporting and reconciliations.
Coordinate with relevant managers for payroll-related queries, reports and full & final settlements.
Coordinates schedules and conducts training sessions for departmental managers to explain payroll policies and procedures, compliances on state regulations and applicable laws.
Ensure payroll operations are completed on time while ensure 100% accuracy.
Be the Payroll SPOC to support and prepare the details required for all internal/external audit requirements (Group Audit, Statutory Audit, and Internal Payroll Audit) in partnership with the Accounts team- Ensuring closure of all the payroll audits as per timelines and plugging the gaps based on the observations.
5-7 years of relevant experience
