Being in the market for over 20 years, our client is an established manufacturer of crop fertiliser. Having invested in technological innovations, they are able to produce high-quality products suited to increase yield and protection, meeting the needs of sustainable agriculture.
You will be responsible for :
Processing taxes and payment of employee benefits
Calculating CTC breakup for Uttar Pradesh state as per rules and regulations.
Keeping track of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, etc.
Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
Processing attendance records and other documents.
Ensuring payroll information is accurate and all relevant paperwork is in order
Updating data with salary or wage adjustments & processing other financial compensations or deductions (e.g. annual bonuses, severance pay, taxes, worker’s compensation
Issuing statements/invoices, maintaining records and coordinating with the accounts department as per their requirement.
Updating paper & payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes, etc.
Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
You have a degree from a reputable institute with at least 3 years of solid experience in a similar role, ideally within Industrial.
You have good knowledge of Workday or other similar systems.
You have sound knowledge of salary, ESI, PF, gratuity and how to file challan, etc.
You have solid knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
