The role requires someone with a proven track record in finance, accounts and MIS. The Manager -Finance & Accounts will work closely with SLT to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters requires plan, organize and manage in such a way that the company's monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner
Roles and Responsibilities
Review day to day financial transactions records
- Analyse annual budget process associate financial reports and statements and evaluate financial results.
- Gather all data for management reports and review various internal and external reports published to different groups.
- Interaction with overseas associate offices.
- Supervise annual operation and expense budgets, coordinate with various departments to reforecast revenues and expenses.
- Develop and monitor all internal controls and ensure compliance to all corporate policies for same.
- Review monthly financial statements and provide feedback on all relevant issues.
- Perform research and identify scopes to minimize operating costs and enhance financial efficiency.
- Manage and build finance team
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA with min 4 years of experience in accounting, budget and financial reporting.
- Should be proficient with MIS reports.
- Conversant with India and Australia accounting practices.
- Strategic solution-based problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex systems.
- Strong written and verbal Communication Skills.
- Persistence to follow up.
- Experience in working in a Software organization or in an international environment.
