Job Description
Milestone tracking of each order and ensuring clear communication with SITA, their end customer (when required) and internal stakeholders.
Alignment of all internal resources and collaboration with SITA Delivery team / customer to schedule migrations (addition / modification)
Ensuring that migration is implemented as per project scope, all test results (pre/post) are duly taken from CRM/TDV/VPO/ICM/CoE & recorded in tools
Ensuring to release Service commencement notice to customer after successful implementation of project scope and push order to billing
Ensure recording all delays (Orange / SITA) in tools and record approvals from SITA delivery teams when delay is induced by SITA or end customer
Track Partial service delivery (hardware / Circuit) and in case of delay in final implementation from SITA or end customer, agree Partial billing from SITA and alert SBU team for record keeping.
Track order till final closure and submission to Billing.
Liaise with various teams within Orange
Ensure 100% effectiveness in meeting SLAs (iTDD) and KPIs (NS#2, NS#3) at all times.
