Roles and Responsibilities .
- Knowledge of Windows and general hardware & software desktop support issues.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Maintaining proper documentation of all the day-to-day operations.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to cope under rigorous pressure.
- Persistent with a team attitude.
- Should be aware of basic troubleshooting of Computer and related Systems.
- Flexible on Timings.
- End-to-end implementation of Next Products in TAT.
- Complete ownership of Complaint management based on SLA.
- Ability to Lead/Motivate and Coach the Team.
- On-time documentation of all the tasks in CRM.
- Job profile is completely required field travel.
- Vendor Management and monthly meetings.
- Should know Kannada and English.
