- Operate with day-to-day operations like Purchase Orders, Stock management, Production, Shipping, and Revenue.

- Reduce the dispatch time and manage timely delivery for orders

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery management and organizing production schedules
determining quality control standards

- Overseeing production processes

- Keeping a track of the number of orders on a daily/weekly/monthly/event specific/category-wise basis

- Stock Update: Update stock every week.
