Process: Anti-Virus - Technical Support
Responsibilities:
- Passionately provide L1-L2 call technical support to the company's customers and business partners.
- You will strive to understand perfectly what the client needs, gather all relevant information from them, and resolve the case.
- Be committed to our customers and share our dedication in striving to deliver world-class technical & customer support and first-call resolution!
- Provide follow-up customer contact to ensure satisfactory resolution of incidents.
- Co-operate with other members of the technical support team, sales team, and other departments.
- Follow standard processes and procedures;
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
- Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and clients business;
- Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;
- Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary;
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- IP Configuration and troubleshooting
- Antivirus Troubleshooting
- Knowledge about Windows Operating system(System restore, Fragmentation, MSconfig & Task manager)
- Handling of Device manager & Windows Update
- Firewall and VPN usage
Job Qualifications:
- Effective English oral communication skills
- Excellent, analytical, listening, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
- Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
- Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
- Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
- Competent in MS office and web browser environments
- Ability to continually display a positive attitude.
