Roles and Responsibilities
Ability to close deals, generate opportunities and fulfilling the sales metrics.
- Participate in client discussions and demonstrate knowledge, capabilities and credentials in Customer Business Planning, Innovation, Sales & Operations Planning
- Connect and influence CFO/CIO/CEOs/COOs and relevant stakeholders for hunting and cracking new deals.
Ability to discuss with Visionet Client Partners and Operating Leaders and identify proactive opportunities
Provide insights on clients business and financial performance and drive business strategies within operating teams to add value to the client
Desired Candidate Profile

- Fulltime MBA from Tier 1 B- School
- Must be proficient in learning new concepts with agility
- Ability to navigate within the organization, and convert deals
Ability to acquire proficient knowledge of current Digital solutions such as cloud, AI/ML, cyber security etc.
- Exposure to data, analytics and insights within this area
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
Ability to work in a matrixes environment
Must be willing to travel as needed
Experience / exposure to related areas like Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Strategy, Quality and Compliance.
Education Qualification-
BE and MBA Tier 1 College(Mandate)
The candidate should be comfortable to work in shifts
