Company/Corporate Responsibilities
• The Affiliate Executive will support the team in launching and managing affiliate campaigns and ongoing partnerships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a newly created role with the opportunity to become a leader in one of the largest OTAs in the world.
• Will oversee the coordination, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns while leveraging affiliate networks, including but not limited to CJ and Rakuten. The role is responsible for developing and managing a smooth process coordinating between multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- In addition, this role will serve as the catalyst to ensure all programs are continually optimized by collecting and working with various teams to analyze data ensuring strategic goals are met, as well as assisting the team in coordinating key aspects of growing the marketing channel.
Functional Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of affiliate campaigns and promotions, from proposal through delivery and optimization.
- Help maintain affiliate marketing calendar and private offer database, aligning key initiatives with various business needs.
- Spearhead creative requests ensuring promo codes, landing pages, banner ads, newsletters and other marketing assets are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
- Monitor traffic sources and affiliate activities to ensure legitimate attribution and compliance.
- Identify areas for growth and recommend innovative approaches to strengthen publisher relationships.
Team Building Responsibilities
- Work with the Team to maximize affiliate channel growth and achieve revenue goals.
- Prepare marketing campaign and pacing reports on a weekly basis with input and guidance from the team.
- Support the team in the audit and review process ensuring the invoicing and payments process runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of online marketing experience, preferably in affiliate marketing or campaign management.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel and approach business priorities in a data-driven and analytical manner.
- Understand referral pricing models including CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM.
- Experience working with international teams and creative design skills are a plus.
