1.The engagement shall be purely on ad-hoc basis and initially for a period of six months (subject to extension based on satisfactory performance). The selected candidates shall have no claim for regular appointments.
2. Candidates are required to submit self-attested copies of certificates of essential qualification, experience, and desirable qualification with passport size photo and shall have to produce original documents at the time of appearing in the Interview. Candidates appearing in the interview without original documents will not be entertained.
3. It is the responsibility of the candidate to assess his own eligibility for the post for which he/she is applying in accordance with the prescribed qualification, experience, etc., and other supporting materials as per the advertisement.
4. Suppression of factual information, supply of fake documents, providing false or misleading information, or any other undesirable action by the candidate shall lead to the cancellation of his candidature.
In case, it is detected at any point of time in the future even after the appointment that the candidate was not eligible as per the prescribed qualification, experience, etc. which could not be detected at the time of walk-in-interview due to whatever circumstances, his/her appointment shall be liable to termination forthwith as per this clause and also based on his undertaking.
5. The candidates if employed with any Autonomous/ Government or private sector may bring NOC from their employer at the time of interview. Candidates are advised to visit the University website regularly for updates related to recruitment notifications.
a. The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill up the posts advertised for any reason whatsoever.
b. The University reserves the right to withdraw the advertisement either partly or wholly at any time without assigning any reason to this effect.
c. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the vacancies according to the circumstances. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidature of the candidate.
