1.1.2 PRE-REQUISITES
- Basic networking knowledge

- Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shift
- Ability to take initiatives for individual projects as well as work in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
1.1.3 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for staging & shipment of the CPE routers/sd-wan appliances
- Responsible for the installation, turn-up of circuits and data services and any troubleshooting
- Responsible for implementing complete end-to-end Network Solutions for the customers
- Responsible for working on systems/processes for relevant task/ticket closures.
- Responsible for interacting with internal groups, vendors, and customers to coordinate the timely implementation of customer networks and data services
- Provide timey updates on task assigned to the manager
- Any additional task given to the incumbent from time to time based on business needs
1.1.4 TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
1.1.5 EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 6 months of progressive, relevant experience and proven capability to work in a complex network environment
1.1.6 EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s in engineering - Computers/Electronics/Communication or related field
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science/Maths/IT or related streams with relevant technology experience
