Roles and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing product life cycle
Drive NW Products strategy and roadmap
New product idea from conceptualization till rollout.
Responsible for developing new product features / variants.
Product definition, features, SLA & Pricing, regulatory compliances
Responsible for Product P&L ownership and target achievement.
Supporting sales and solutions team for deals.
Creating and improvising Service literature, Customer Order Forms, Service schedules, sales training and customer facing material
Q2C Processes for product
Product Revenues and Margins
Tracking NW business key trends and it’s implications & action planning
Product cost optimization
Negotiating large customer / partner contracts
Continuous process improvement.
RELEVANT SKILLS:
Recognized university degree in technical domain.
Minimum 10-12 years of industry experience with understanding of Network services as a Product
Understanding of Product domain and work assigned such as creating new product line, business plan and driving growth of the associated product.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills so as to comprehend the situation in entirety and find a meaningful solution thereof.
Product Life development and management abilities with a self-driven approach; with an excellent ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to clearly communicate, both internally and externally, in an effective, timely professional and courteous manner.
This role will require you to undertake frequent customer visits and candidate should be open to frequent travelling.
