Primary Role:
- To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
- Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Sales head of the region.
- Training of the sales team and advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
- Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for activity management.
- Review of Sales team on insurance product Sales.
- Activity Planning, Execution and overall management.
Secondary Role:
- Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
- Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors in the business.
Required Candidate profile:
1. In Depth Knowledge of Insurance product.
2. Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written.
3. Team handling experience candidate preferred.
4. Must have Sales Attitude.
