Job Description
For OTC division, we are looking for CSEs who will be responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets for its OTX range of products.
Roles will include:
- Effective coverage of the assigned area
- Managing sales through effective coverage of targeted Distribution Channel Partners, Doctors, Pharmacy & Key accounts
- Carrying out CRM activities as per promo plan
- Managing customer database & to ensure effective coverage for TGT achievement
- Ensuring prompt and correct reporting through software and providing quality feedback for improvisation of strategy
- Identifying stockists for uncovered & new areas, if any
Required Candidate profile
- The incumbent must be a go-getter and must have an appetite to perform.
- Graduates with 6months+ experience in the territory within 35yrs of age is preferred
- Must have strong connection with Distribution Channel, Doctors & Chemists in the territory
- Must be fluent in English / Hindi and at a local vernacular
- Must be computer savvy to handle online reporting, excel etc
