Key Deliverables
- Facilitate effective and engaging New Hire Communication and Essential Skills session, virtually and in-person
- Drive Quality Conduct and Analyse Call & Email Audits; provide recommendation for future improvement
- Engage, Mentor and Coach participants on 1 to 1 basis and provide constructive feedback & coaching
- Involve in the hiring process to analyse the candidates on Communication based skills areas
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment based on Verbal and Written communication needs
- Develop Soft skill-based materials and blended learning resources to drive awareness and adoption of such modules
- Provide timely and appropriate analysis and feedback to supervisors on staff’s progress and support needs

Shift Timings – 09:30 AM to 07:30 PM
City – Preferably from Bengaluru, but not restricted (as long as relocation is not a barrier)
