2. Training of Tenured employees
- Determines training needs by evaluating learning and available records; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with store Managers/District Managers/Regional Trg Manager.
- Plan, schedule and deliver sales capability training to SPs SMsClassroom/Virtual/OJT including but not limited to,

- Champ certification online.
