Your Task
- Proactively engaging with and winning new customers
- Maximising the compliance of new customer wins in terms of revenues and profitability
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the value proposition for accounts
- Enhancing the awareness of market opportunities and competitor activity
- Contributing to the overall success of the organization
- Working with the regional sales teams to develop the business, including partner markets
Your Profile
- Several years of relevant working experience
- Experience in business development and a proven background in sales
- Understanding of cost/profit drivers and P&L structures for the purpose of calculating and articulating winning pricing strategies and total cost of ownership proposals
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate and work together effectively with different stakeholders
- First-class written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity
- Well organised, reliable and thorough
- Results-orientated with a clear determination to succeed
