Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hiring bulk or niche talents technical as per the requisition raised by hiring managers
- Determine selection criteria • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms professional networks, job portals etc.)
- Developing and Liasioning with various sourcing channels (e.g. colleges/institutes, free and paid recruitment consultancies, job boards etc.)
- Driving in-house referral program
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including virtual screening calls, virtual assessments and virtual interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements • Lead employer branding initiatives
- Pre and Post onboarding formalities
- Daily MIS for regular footfalls, hiring report, assisting in preparing division based policies, SOP's and periodical dashboards.
- Market study, industry benchmarking and identifying prospects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Worked in mid-sized IT / Analytics organizations in similar capacities.
- Proven success in closing mid management positions like TL , Solution Architect, Analysts, Decision Scientists
- Ability to hire from non-Naukri platforms like LinkedIn , Indeed, and through network
- Soft skills
- Typically experienced 4 to 8 years in talent acquisition
