Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform real time customer identification through checks & review of KYC documentation on Video calls
Demonstrate highest standards of customer service while ensuring that customers are comfortable through the verification process
Prevent unauthorised fraudulent and impersonation attempts on VKYC calls
Strict Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Service Quality standards
Capture problem indicators, highlight and suggest improvements in the Video KYC process
Team player and flexibility with shift timings
English and Hindi (mandatory)
Knowledge of any 1-2 regional language (Malayalam would be an added advantage)
