Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls from customers seeking information on shipment tracking, logistics enquiry, Shipment charges, etc
- Making calls to transporters and co-ordinate with customers to provide required information
- Handling customer complaints and escalations
- Capturing and updating database with relevant information
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Com/BBA/Dip in Logistics & Supply Chain
- M.Com/MBA/PG Dip in Logistics & Supply Chain
- Any other Graduates with experience in Logistics & Supply Chain
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada/Tamil
- Previous experience in Call centers will be an added advantage
