Job Description
Role& Responsibility:
a. Incharge for the project segment for the assigned area.
b. Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the management for all products under LIPL.
c. Make Laticrete a household name.
d. Coordinate the sale proceeding for optimum service levels.
e. Collection of payments.
f. Report market activities to the manager as per set format.
g. Motivate executives reporting to self.
h. To develop applicators for products under LIPL.
i. To manage and motivate all applicator teams.
j. To conduct regular mason meets in the assigned area.
k. Meeting with the Builders, Architects.
Required Candidate profile
Desired profile:
a. Successful track record in the sales field.
b. Minimum 2-9years experience in preferably from the building material/construction chemical industry.
c. Excellent working knowledge of the mentioned area.
d. Knowledge of the construction industry will be an added advantage.
e. Graduate with MBA with specialization in marketing.
f. Strong aggressive personality
