Roles and Responsibilities
1) Must have Office 365 Knowledge.
2) Must have knowledge of Office 365 Administration
3) Hands-On expertise Exchange online, Mail flow Troubleshooting.
4) Hands-On expertise related to Security and Compliance, Retention Policies, Outlook Client Troubleshooting.
5) Must have knowledge about Active Directory
6) Office 365 Migration Experience.
7) Licensing in Office 365.
8) Basic knowledge about SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, and Teams will be of added advantage.
9) Basic knowledge about Exchange 2010, 2013, and 2016.
10) Knowledge about Server Roles.
11) Must have Good Verbal and written communication skills.
12) Must have very strong troubleshooting/Problem-solving skills.
