Effectively manage employee life cycle of each employee inFront end (Ensure right quality of CSAs/SMs/DMs on boarded On-time, trained,create an enabling environment to perform, set right performance metrics,ensure fairness & transparency in communication)
Ensure compliance to the law of the land - All compliancerelated aspects to be taken care in a manner that the stores are labourcompliant at all times.
Manage local authorities who may visit the storesaccordingly in co-ordination with compliance team
Manage manpower cost as per plan/ budget
Liaison with the regional HR Headto roll out & effectively implement all corporate initiatives &policies in the stores.
Drive performance management andemployee rationalization in each of the stores.
Drive Career Development program of FE employees throughSPARK and other development program and meet all leadership requirements instore accordingly.
Training of CSAs/DMs/SMs as per the gaps found during thestore visit
Engagement of employees in the stores & grievance &Handling Major Challenges:
Hiring & retention ofemployees.
Ensuring the right quality peoplein the store
Controlling of attrition &absenteeism.
Ensuring compliance in all thestores at any point in time.
Ensuring New hire training as perthe model store concept
Knowledge / Education
PGDM or MBA in HR
Must have 5-6 years of experience in Retail HROperation
Should have experience in recruitment, on-boarding,training, performance management etc.
Knowledge about the Regional Retail Market
