Designation Deputy Manager Sourcing/OEM Distribution Acquisition
Role Objective
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to undertake Supplier development and acquiring distributorship of OEM - Add new suppliers, Negotiate with current suppliers for better margins and credit terms.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle the RFQ's received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing
- Ensure all RFQs are quoted within time to customers
- Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay
- Growing sales share in the key accounts
- Identify, recruit and on-board new OEM/Distributorship/channel partners.
- Manage sales activities through partners to generate revenue.
- Evaluate sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Educate partners about company portfolio and complimentary services offered.
- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
- Stay current with latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
- Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
- Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
Qualification & Experience
Work Experience
4-5 years of work experience into Oil & Gas/ EPC industry in projects procurement of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation categories dealing with OEMs and Distributors
Knowledge/ Skills
High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional
Education
B.Tech in Mechanical + MBA (Sales+Marketing)-Desirable
