Job Description
A Business Analyst will work in a hybrid role that will bridge the gap between the business and development teams. You will work to specify requirements and functionality with the business team.
Job Description:
• Create and analyze user stories / scenarios
• Create requirements specification document by gathering requirements from the business group.
• Prioritize product \ development backlog
• Write proper acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with the Development group to create a Functional Specification (FS) document
• Write Test Cases to ensure that it incorporates requirements from the business requirements, and includes tests or test steps that explicitly address each identified user requirement
• Ensure developers adhere to business requirements and UI design specifications
• Define and document test strategy and test plans
• Refine and execute test conditions.
• Communicate needed changes to development team
• Create training and support programs as needed
• Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively; may be responsible for assigning project tasks.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 4+ Years of experience in Business Analysis and/or testing systems background.
• Good technical and business writing skills
• Knowledge of best practices for user interface and user experience design
• Negotiation and customer management skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• AGILE training/experience.
• Excellent written, verbal & communication skills.
• Programming and / or IT background is an advantage.
• Previous experience working with US clients is an added plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Flexibility to work in US shifts
