Roles and Responsibilities
- To Manage all BTL activities like Events, OOH, vernacular branding, radio, and integrated digital properties.
- Creating and implementing activation initiatives in Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
- Develop new activation channels
- Handle consumer activation elements of Visibility, POSM, Sampling, Events, and shopper marketing
- Develop new in shop visibility elements by driving insights from shopper marketing studies. Successfully develop and implement the mass event calendar to drive consumer acquisitions through sales.
- Handle a third party promotion team of more than 200 people
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be from reputed FMCG with hands-on experience in Brand Activation & Trade Marketing
Minimum 2 to 5 years experience
