Reporting Manager: Inside Sales Manager/Region Head
The Inside Sales – Partner Support Rep will be a key member of the Inside Sales group, supporting Partnership & Alliance team within MetricStream. The ideal candidate brings 2 to 3 plus years of channel management and/or business development experience.
Responsibilities:
Holds primary responsibility for building opportunity pipeline from a portfolio of partners
Actively call out to partner registrations from assigned region and qualify potential partner-led opportunities
Follow-up, develop and nurture qualified inbound leads through various digital channels and events/webinars
Work with a globally distributed team and various internal groups including Field Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Global Services and legal to achieve assigned objectives
Support the Partner Director/s to achieve demand generation and other goals set as per regional partner plans
Build regional partner pipeline to onboard with MetricStream, screen and complete onboarding formalities
Continuous professional development by attending workshops and participating in industry seminars
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets, forecasts and call objectives
Skills and Experience
Should be a Graduate / Post Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2+ years of experience in channel management and/or business development
Strong professional work ethic and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
Good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Achieved and exceeded quota and goals assigned in previous roles
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar sales tools
Create and execute personalized email campaigns, maintain high call volumes every day
High level of drive, energy, enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism
Work hours: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM IST
Education
Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA is preferred) with B2B Sales experience
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
