Roles and Responsibilities
- o Visit targeted specifiers & buyers for Premium Laminates: Interior Designers / Architects, and OEMs
- o Existing TG, as well as new Acquisition
- o Will be responsible for making available all marketing collaterals to specifiers or OEMs, as well as ensuring all their product related queries get taken care of
- o He / She will need to coordinate for orders & supplies with Distributor / Warehouse, and with Back End Sales Coordination team
- o Document all relevant feedback, as well as competition information in this segment
- o Will be mapped to 70 IDs / Architects or OEMs.
- o Will enter all call records into CRM
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have a background of B2B sales / should have dealt with Interior Designers / Architects.
- o Knowledge of working with Furniture manufacturers / OEM workshops is a bonus
- Should be from a related industry – Building material sector – Sanitary, Paints, PVC windows, Doors, Electricals, / or could also look at related personnel from Pharma background where candidate has handled specification business
- Experience in handling Premium products or Solutions will be a desired factor
- Should be strong on relationship skills, and communication skills. A basic working knowledge of computers is required
- Should have his own 2-wheeler for commute
- Should be a graduate, and have good communication skills
- o Language - Should be comfortable with English, and Hindi. Local language knowledge is a bonus, and is not mandatory.
