Job Description

- In addition to FP&A, this role shall also support the CFO and CEO on various critical strategic initiatives with various financial modeling, sensitivity analysis and come up with recommendations on business decisions.
Primary responsibilities would include :
Business Partner :
- Be a business partner with all the operating teams (Sales, Operations, Support functions) Planning / Financial Modelling
- Lead all the planning cycles (Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plan, and Monthly Forecast).
- Champion long-term growth plans by business segment and identify entitlement model from cash and profit standpoint.
Reporting & Analysis :
- Reviewing Financial Statements, Preparation of board decks
- Work closely with the accounting group and perform deep-dive analysis on sales, costs, and profitability of all business units.
- Draft analytical summaries for the management.
- Perform scenario analysis to measure the impact of strategic decisions
- Lead review calls with Regional/Departmental heads on their financial performances
Projection :
- Identify trends and generate detailed financial and operational projections. Be responsible for developing reliable estimates of sales, margin, SG&A costs.
Risk / Opportunity Assessment :
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue improvement
- Identifying financial risks and raising early warning signal
- drive teams to mitigate the risks against a plan by leading/monitoring the actions of owner
Innovation / Process Improvement :
- Automate processes to improve speed and accuracy of critical information
Due Diligence :
- Spearhead Due Diligence Audit
Pricing :
- Collaborate with the Sales team, design pricing models, evaluate pricing effectiveness and assist in pricing decisions
Investor Relation :
- Provide periodic Investors' reports, address Investor queries on the company's performance

Qualification / Traits / Requirements :
- Finance graduate with above 8 years of relevant experience
- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance is plus
- Should have good understanding and working experience in Finance and Business operations
- Should be able to communicate with all levels of management with clarity and confidence
- Strong interpersonal trait with polished communication skill
- Good mentor to the team
