Patient/Customer Care
1.To manage the Total Customer Experience Questionnaire process & follow
through customer requests.
Job Knowledge
2.To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating
procedures applicable to the role.
Process Orientation/Documentation
3.To efficiently handle appointment, admission and discharge of patients.
4.To ensure timely invoice generation with accuracy.
5.To accurately share Cash/ Credit/ Corporate billing and discount information
with customers & achieve high levels of customer satisfaction at each
interaction.
6. To ensure timely registrations & timely report delivery.
7. To ensure timely submission of deposited cash/cheque/drafts/ credit slips to
Finance.
Discipline
13.To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications - Graduate/PG in Hospital Management.
Experience - 0-5 years; preferably with 1 yr of service industry/ Healthcare experience with Good Communication Skills.
