- Oversee all aspects of technology & IT which includes architecture, design, deployment and support across Embassy Group.
- Prepared and documented ASIS to TOBE process digitally.
- Implemented SAP S4H 1809 across group. 60+ entities are using SAP across group. Upgradation S4H 1909 under progress.
- Implemented Salesforce to handle Sales and CRM process and integrated with SAP
- Implemented ARIBA sourcing and Commerce automation to support Tenders & invoice process automation.
- Built strong IT & application team to support SAP & IT with any third-party involvement.
- Manage annual IT budgets and IT budget.
- Manage majorly portfolios viz, ERP rollouts & maintenance, IT Delivery & operations, Products & business applications, IT security & governance, supervising 48+ employees.
- Collaborate with executive team to design strategies to utilize state of the art technology to enable and enhance business.
- Designed, developed and delivered new products for Counselling, competency assessment, virtual assessment platform, Facility Management, content management etc which eventually became revenue streams.
- Delivered hundreds of reports for businesses and also management dashboards using Power BI.
- Designed and delivered customer mobile app as customer portal.
- Migrated multiple of mail boxes from all Group units to Microsoft O365 without downtime, which also included Skype for business, Yammer and OneDrive.
- Managed all Information technology projects and work with Project Managers on goal attainment.
- Designed information architecture and access matrices for systems availability, security and business continuity.
- Research, negotiate and prepare IT consulting projects & contracts with third party partners.
