Role Overview
The HR internship in Bharat Matrimony is to work closely with Sr. HR and taking care of new employees joining formalities, employee engagement, employee activity, payroll & grievance handling. Apart from employee issues HR intern to be also part of recruitment I.e. Sourcing through calling and other job portals. Prepare and deliver different sort of letters I.e, absconding, termination, PIP, offer & experience letter.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete new employee joining formalities
- Taking care of employees grievance
- Handling payroll part
- Managing fun activity to motivate employees
- Look after for FGD session to understand employees concern
- Control attrition month on month
- Implement a healthy and work life balance policy in floor
- Closely work with Sr. HR
- Dealing with PF & ESIC facilities of the employees

Internship Tenure : 06 months
Internship Stippned : 10k inhand
Internship to Permanent HR Executive Criteria : Based on performance, after successful of 6 months internship, one round will be happened by our CHRO then it will be finalized to the permanent HR executive and salary will be as per the market standard (15k - 18k in hand)
