Roles Overview:
The RMHR is a strategic partner to the business leadership in delivering against key business/process metrics for the region. This role identifies and implements targeted HR programs and practices to support execution, excellence within the operation, operating as a coach to business leaders and executives. Operates as a key member of the Business Unit HR Staff in supporting and driving both business and corporate initiatives and practices.
Responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to deliver agreed targets within the region, ensuring that the right candidates are recruited at the right time & price. The RMHR will use his/her knowledge, understanding and expertise to define, align, execute key HR initiatives and provide solutions to all business divisions and implement best practices for the organisation.
Deliverables:
- To work with Regional Leadership team as a strategic business partner to develop and implement HR plans and solutions for his/her allocated region.
- Responsible for manpower planning, and ensuring quality resources are provided on time to support the business requirements and ensure smooth operations of the business in the region
- Researches and implements appropriate selection techniques to hire the best talent.
- Improve candidate conversion rates (first offer made to acceptance ratio) through effectively diagnosing and selling the most relevant points for each individual.
- Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Ensuring that employment practices are in compliance with both organizational and local standards.
- Consult with stakeholders to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues escalated from HRBP and senior managers.
- Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Collate, monitor and analyse key performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve results as required.
- Provide guidance to business unit managers and development of strategies / recommendations to improve associates satisfaction.
- To continuously review / monitor employee productivity & costs and ensure employee cost is in line with the budget
- Conduct and facilitate all exit interviews, analyse data, identify trends and recommend strategies for minimizing turnover.
- Drive HR processes / initiatives viz employee engagement, performance management process, rewards & recognition programs, career & succession planning, IDP etc.
- Implements and manages talent management programs like Annual reviews, critical role mapping, Succession Planning & Development Plans.
- To assess, identify and develop talent / HIPOs in the organization and ensure the availability of a robust talent pipeline.
- To ensure good governance and total compliance under various statutes and companys processes viz. POSH, Code of Conduct etc and continuously drive various initiatives to build a positive work culture in promoting strong governance in the region
- To mentor / coach the team and build strong HR capabilities of the team
