Role Overview
Responsible for revenue generation by identifying vendor base for various services provided by Matrimony Mandap in the form of Business leads, Conversions and Company Listings on www.matrimonymandap.com, To focus on timely target achievement by directly meeting minimum of 6-8 vendors a day and presenting our services, generating prospects and ensure successful conversion of sales on daily basis.
Maintaining a tracker of daily activity and submitting the same for supervisor validation.
Key Responsibilities
- End to End B2B solution selling of products & services powered by SMAC (Social/Mobile/Analytics & Cloud).
- New Business Development, Prospecting, probing and understanding requirements and proposing solutions that would address dynamic needs of the venue partners in Mandap.com and Service Providers in Matrimonybazaar.com.
- Customizing solutions by leveraging the product-mix.
- Building compelling proposals, negotiating, closing and collecting
- Cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
- Constantly enhancing wallet share and mind share of existing clients.
- Working in cross-functional teams.
- Consistently meeting the KRAs and set business targets.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent Verbal communication skills, with Proficiency in English; Being multilingual is an advantage

• Highly innovative, proactive and should operate efficiently under minimal supervision Well-presented, polite and tactful
• Can handle customer feedback and have patience while pitching for sale conversion
• Convincing / Persuading skills, Able to meet deadlines along with working pressure
Education and Experience
BMS Graduate/ Post graduate with MBA in Marketing as specialization
Candidates with 0 -4 years of direct experience in Direct Sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Key Accounts Manager, related work experience would be an added advantage.
