Trading Analytics is looking for an L2 support Associate. The Person will be Supporting the tech Ops team and Client Services Team located Globally. The role will be with mixed responsibilities of Technical Support as well as support daily Client Operations workflows (UI as well as script-driven & accountability).
Duties & accountabilities:
Working knowledge of RDBMS in writing simple queries.
Working knowledge of Unix and Windows platform.
Knowledge on FTP, SFTP, WinSCP and FileZilla.
Experience in scripting and AWS will be plus.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Flexible to work in variable shift schedules as per rotation calendar serving U.S hours
Effective in communication both verbal and written.
Should be able to take corrective actions based on prior application/product knowledge.
Work as team member and able to manage client services and product expectations.
Able to manage dependencies and timely manage priority.
Able to maintain and support all areas of the application.
Should be willing to work as individual capacity and in teams across geographies.
