Job Description
JIVA Ayurvedic Pharmacy Limited (www.jiva.com) is looking for a Sr. Marcom Manager who will establish, own and drive an internal and external communications strategy across multiple channels.
The role will include:
- Development & messaging of communication plans across the platforms of offline, digital, web & social media.
- Planning, Strategizing & Positioning of the 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL) across different media verticals with concerned product departments, creative/digital/media agencies & production houses.
- ATL Campaigns: Planning, Strategizing and Positioning of the product/service led and brand led campaigns across different traditional ATL media verticals and online media.
- BTL Campaigns: Creation of different POS/POP marketing material in sync with the mainline campaigns.
- Brand Communication: Prepare Brand Articles, Feature Stories for different publications. Get the layouts designed for the advertorials & editorials.
- Research and Consumers: Secondary research and consumer personas.
- Creative Deliveries: As per the brand strategy and business drivers key objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Marcom role for digital activities & campaigns agency and also disseminating the technical information & details taken from the concerned product/brand teams. Planning of regular content banks across the platforms and sharing it with all the product teams on a daily basis.
- Website Management: Maintenance of the existing website which includes changing of the Creatives as per the on-going campaign/activity/requirement, addition of the new launches, newsletters, subscriptions etc.
- Internal Communication: Plan, prepare & designing of the internal communication as per the calendar such as Posters, Emailers, Newsletters, Articles and Presentations.
- Ecommerce: Product Descriptions and Videos plus plus.
- AdWords and Advertising.
- Tracking: Brand and performance tracking wrt creative and communication.
- Agency Management for Brand, Creative and Communication.
An ideal candidate will have the following
- MBA / Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
- 5-9 years of relevant and proven experience & exposure across multiple marketing disciplines, preferably in the services industry.
- Understanding of Media & knowledge of new age / emerging digital / marketing communication platforms and channels. Experience in brand management will be a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing impactful communications with hands on 'writing' experience.
- Ability to develop communication assets for the company i.e. video, graphics, copy, brochures, trade show experiences, collateral, etc.
- Worked in development and organic growth of digital assets & Processes.
