Job Description
- Plan and organize for the meetings rooms for various meetings
- Attending calls for the board line
- Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to the clients
- Handling the inward and outward couriers of the office.
- Coordinate and supervise meetings for Partners
- Assist staff with language and culture
- Assist in any other duties when required by the Front Office Manager
- Assist with translations (information: guest directory; menus etc.) as required.
- Assist the HR in scheduling the interviews
- Ensuring the office premises to be kept up to date by coordinating with the house keeping staff.
- Assisting the team in any other work if required.
Eligibility:
(People from Hospitality/Airline industry preferred).
