Job Description
Learning Strategy and Culture Building
- To develop a comprehensive learning strategy to ensure employee competence development in line with business strategy.
Induction and Orientation
- To be responsible in preparing and validating Induction modules.
- Conduct effective induction program including group induction programs.
Training need Identification
- Responsible for Identification and assessment of future and current training needs through PMS, business requirements, career path and consultation with line managers.
- Design training initiatives based on TNI
- Develop annual training plan and monthly training calendar.
Training Plan and Execution
- To support and organize technical training syllabus from technically competent employees.
- To support in maintaining a Library for training material -Books, Movies and case studies.
- To support in documentation as per ISO requirement.
- To ensure monthly training plan is communicated to all concerned HODs and executed.
- To plan program execution through internal and external trainers and external training nominations.
- To ensure blended learning combining onsite, off-site, E-learning, virtual instructor led programs etc.
Training Effectiveness
- To measure training effectiveness after 3 months for all employees who have undergone training and immediate program feedback.
- To ensure training summary / MIS is being prepared and well maintained.
Coaching and Mentoring
- To prepare coaching and mentoring plan for identified select group of employees.
- To identify internal/external coached to carry out coaching and mentoring programs.
Organization Development
- To support management to carry out organization development and culture Building studies, communication and action planning.
- Identify specific focus areas for Organization Development intervention in consultation with Head HR/ Sr. Management.
