Objective: Managing all personnel actions linked to employee lifecycle, HR databases, and transactions related to HR processes Provide HRIS technical support for HR systems like SF, COLA - HRIS, Dataflow & Access Control System etc.; Maintain quality and consistency of HRIS database information

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage HR Operation (Employee Lifecycle Transactions, Dashboard & Report, Payroll Input, Master Data Audit)
- HR Systems : Develops, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances HR Information Systems though Automation & Digitalization
Team Engagement and Capability Building
- Lead independently additional two vertical Facility Management along with HRO processor for EC activities
- To ensure all the training workshops attended by the employees are tracked and reported to the COE and HCCB leadership
- To provide efficient and cost-effective services to HCCB employees
- Participant training & prerequisites tracking, nomination, feedback, venue & faculty confirmations
- Provide accurate training record
Support Offboarding - Employee Seperation
- Clearance of both Voluntary & Involuntary Process
- F&F Process - Amount to be paid / deducted / attendance etc.
- Exit Compliance
- Process adherence as per SLA & KPI defined for each process
- Managing exit associates and stakeholders
Process Simplification and Excellence / Projects
- Identify new service opportunities for the Shared Service Center and provide relevant data for automation and implementation.
- Drive best practices and standardization of all Shared Service Center processes.
- HR Systems & ProjectsDecision making involvement in HR System automation without any intervention from HR System COEs and IT team and high level of innovation to develops, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances HR Information Systems which result to cost saving , FTE saving and increase user experience.
Partnership - Engage more with functions, zones & plants to understand opportunities and challenges with solutions and also with the IT Team and External Support partners

Job Requirements:
Qualifications: MBA in HR from a Premier B School
Experience: Atleast 8 years of HR experience
Functional Skills:
- At least a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Prior experience as an HR Manager, HR Operations Manager or a similar role
- Experience with MS Office and Human Resources Management Systems
- Experience of designing compensation and benefits programs
Travel: Upto 20%
