Job Description
- Address the finance process owners' challenges, bottlenecks, needs and requirements relating to finance processes.
- Convert finance and business requirements into technology requirements and consequently coordinate with the IT team to implement technology solutions to address the requirements.
- In consultation and collaboration with finance process teams, coordinate with the IT team to implement changes.
- Identify technological issues, propose solutions and implement finance function improvement initiatives sensitively with minimal disruption.
- Work with the finance function to design and implement a digital strategy/ plan/ roadmap in line with the ongoing SAP projects and other future automation requirements.
- Collaborate with risk management and IT teams in establishing system-based, automated preventive controls
- Proactively engage in undertaking transformation initiatives across the finance function to enhance the digital capabilities at ITL.
- Adopt industrys leading practices and continuous improvement of finance function processes, policies and procedures
* Good understanding of financial terms, accounting and various modules of SAP such as FI,CO,SD & MM
* 5 to 7 working days travel to Hoshairpur Plant every month
