Roles and Responsibilities
The employee will be responsible for the Sales and Collection of Branch especially for Tractor Product in Agri vertical
Branch Profitability
a. Drive Branch Profitability.
b. Implement the business development plan for the monthly basis review for the previous month's performance.
2. Credit Underwriting
a. Provide credit approval of the cases within his authority ((TAT, ED/ID)
3. Collections
a. Review and manage performance
b. Manage Collections efficiency (0-90) Bucket
4. People Management and Branch Compliance
a. Ensure the needful training are conducted.
b. Mentor and guide the team on a regular basis
c. Adherence to Branch compliance.
d. Adherence to HR Norms.
5. The Branch CEO
a. Branch in Charge- the highest authority at the branch level
b. Manage overall branch admin
Custodian to statutory compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Post Graduate with strong communication skills.
7-12 years of experience in sales and collection of Agri loan products (Tractor).
5 + years experience in team management.
Strong connect with local DSA/Dealers/Channels
Strong local market knowledge
