Job Purpose
This position is responsible for customer service initiatives for all Solar & High KVA products and brands Power Storage Business. Will be accountable for implementation of the strategy including delivery of customer service, trade satisfaction, Engineers capability development, Preventive maintenance, installations Services and service revenue by selling the extended warranty/AMC Packs through dedicated team and/or Service Partners. • Bringing Innovation in Solar & High KVA Service processes & business.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Customer Services & Power Electronics Industrial
1- Extensive knowledge of renewable energy, control systems and in depth knowledge of solar power generation system and procedures related to Electricity board.
2- Solar project managers should have good organizational skills, solid mathematical skills, computer skills, Project Management, AutoCAD and Data Analysis.
3- Execute the customer service strategy for Solar & HKVA Products across the service network. 4- Develop an annual plan for customer service function to achieve the decided levels of customer service delivery.
5- Analysis of business results, directing corrective action, and reviewing processes to identify improvements.
6- Monitoring & reviewing of breakdown calls and maintain the SLA, Customer Satisfaction.
7- Monitoring of Installation request and coordination between channel partner, sales people, service partner, Service Operation team to get the things done properly.
8- Ensure the Quality of work for installation and customer Satisfaction as per SLA and guide line.
9- Ensure no escalation from trade & end customers.
10- Ensure data sanctity/ accuracy in CRM.
11- Ensure timey action on Product Quality issues reported from field.
12- Enhance the capacity of service network, service executive to develop the best capable Engineer pool.
13- Ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment to the companys success. \
14- Ability to plan, organize, schedule and direct the safe operation and maintenance activities at the site.
15- Interdepartmental coordination to get the things done in order to execute.
16- Knowledge of Customer service experience, Incident management, scheduling, prioritization and customer/channel partner interactions associated with service engagements
Relevant/Additional Experience
Good knowledge on grid / off grid Solar Solution designing as per customers requirement.
Good knowledge of Solar PV Module Making of array & strings.
Good knowledge of site requirement, electrical wiring specifications etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Ms Office specially Ms-Excel, PowerPoint.
