Job description
1. Manage inbound / outbound calls ( Mode of call - Audio / Video ) in a timely manner.
2. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
3. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
4. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
6. Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
7. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
8. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target.
Job Requirements
Any previous experience with a role of Tele caller or Telesales or customer support is an added advantage.
2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
3. Track record of achieving Business Targets.
4. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
5. Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
6. Must be fluent in English & Hindi and at least two regional languages.
