Job Description
**As a Territory Assistant Manager - Sales Renovation at Livspace, you will manage a team of 10-12 Livpreneurs & Designers.**
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ownership to client satisfaction of all projects across the territory
- Developing and executing the Livpreneur Success Strategy in the territory
- Consult customers on the home renovation process: defining scope, interior estimation, space planning ideas and then connecting customers with service partners basis on customer requirements
- Visiting customer site along with service partner to help customer finalize the scope, quote & service partner for the project
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure right steps to grow the respective territory as per demand in your territory
- Enabling Livpreneurs to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets
- Meeting (online/Offline in future) with Livpreneurs to understand & solve their concerns on a regular basis
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth; Min 1 Years in B2C Sales (Project execution, interior architect experience preferred)
- Strong in multi tasking & managing complex ops structures
- Strong in sales & BD; willing to travel across India/region of India
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Extremely high level of ownership around the Targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Ideal profiles would be someone who has worked in interior companies like (HomeLane, Godrej Interio and other interior companies) as Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, Asst. Sales Manager
