Recommend and implement the most effective sourcing strategies. Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioural based approach and screening criteria.
Source candidates using databases, internal referrals, professional and social media, and other recruiting sources.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil hiring needs. Compile, update and maintain employee master records Preparing reports related to Training, Recruitment, Grievances and Performance Evaluation.
HR projects Coordination. Employee Grievances - Deal with employee request Assist Payroll input and preparation during month-end by providing relevant data. Conduct orientation of new employees.
Exit discussion for departing employees.
Monitoring attendance and biometric data in HRMS. Managing employee personal files. Maintaining MIS reports. Assist EHS activities and compliance and clarify statutory related compliance. Frequent feedback mechanism of Lab and Sales employees. Will be responsible for NABL, CAP, AABB audits.
