Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to drive Operation & People Metrics across span of hubs.
- Plan, Organize and Direct subordinates to ensure a seamless delivery process for a delightful Customer Experience;
- As a line manager ensure all operation/people metrics in the hub are met with minimal escalations
- Bring about process improvements in the hub to enrich operational/delivery processes
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in span of hubs ensuring infrastructure and hub facilities are maintained
- Accomplishes Organization mission
- Recruitment & Attrition monitoring
