Job Purpose:
The position is to head sales and marketing activities of Pharma and Agro intermediates across PAN India and achieve the set targets.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Designing immediate & long term sales plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation and realize corporate goals.
- Preparing annual sales budget and achieving it on monthly & quarterly basis including meeting NOD & receivables target.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline through deeper market penetration and improved market share
- Keep constant update of the developments in the markets with the customers and competition and collect regular market intelligence.
- Explore and identify the opportunities for improvement in margins and growth in business.
- Liaising with cross functional teams like Supply Chain and Planning, Production, Finance, R&D for managing the customer requirements and expectations.
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
