Roles and Responsibilities
- With international product marketing experience.
- Develops global brand strategy for the new product line- planning & project management.
- B2B marketing strategies.
- Responsible for marketing and branding of company brands
- KOL management for marketing
- Independently conduct activities in various countries and arrange Monthly Connect meetings with selected Trade partners. Plus arranging Webinar on a regular basis
- Following up with the planned marketing budget and planning the inputs accordingly
- Social media post Creation and management the post
- Organize Campaigns, Events, workshops seminars, etc.
- Planning & Controlling Digital Marketing activates
- Analyzing participated Exhibition & strategizing for new and upcoming exhibitions
- Growth Marketing Planning and product launches
- Leads execution and implementation of an integrated communication plan
- Manage global product portfolio plans and execute the plan including customer needs analysis and gap identification, new product development and launches, product obsolescence, competitive landscape and activity, value creation and messaging, and ongoing pricing/cost management to ensure sustained profitability.
- Work closely with Regional/Global Marketing
- Create a strategic plan for revenue growth for the Global Product line and manage the execution of tactics within budget guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- At least 7-12+ years of Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing Management, Product Development, and Brand Management in healthcare/pharma.
- At least 7 years of experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Experience developing and executing integrated brand strategies into new global markets addressing unmet needs and growing product portfolio.
