Job Description
1. Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
2. Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
3. Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
4. Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
5. Supporting the HR team with various reports and analysis.
6. Developing and implementing profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
7. Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.
8. Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
9. Should be able to effectively front end and deploy analytical solutions to stakeholders which includes interpreting data, building a story around it and presenting the same to the HR and Business stakeholders
10. Should be able to formulate approaches and gather data to solve business problems, develop conclusions and present solutions through formal deliverables
11. Manage and manipulate large amounts of data for analysis and reporting
12. Evaluate, design, and develop business intelligence reporting and dashboards according to functional specifications, business requirements while maintaining data integrity and data quality
13. Benchmarking the organizations compensation system to determine its competitiveness
14. Planning salary, benefit schemes, bonuses, and rewards
15. Ensuring equitable and balanced compensation across the organization
16. Maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation
17. Suggesting improvements to senior management
18. Create Dashboards and Data Visualizations help business with Data trends and analysis
19. Managing external benefits providers
20. Overseeing all payroll runs
